The Institute will remain closed and all online activities will also remain suspended from 29th December, 2020 to 08th January, 2021. The Institute will re-open and all online activities shall resume from 09th January, 2021.

Admit Cards

All the students are directed to collect their Admit Cards personally or through Authorised Family Members from the Institute on and from 10th December, 2020.

Mock Examination Procedure and Schedule

The students of the institute and hereby notified that the mock examination will commence from 23rd November, 2020 as notified earlier.

The question paper will be uploaded in classroom app at 11:30 a.m. on the day of Examination.

The students will write the answers on A4 size paper, scan the same and send the same (from Institute provided email) on our email id within 3:30 pm of the same day.

SC / ST / OBC SCHOLARSHIP

The students of the institute applying for SC / ST / OBC Scholarship are hereby directed to email the following documents to oasis@mabijs.in within 24.11.2020.

1. Signed copy of scholarship application

2. Aadhar card

3. Caste certificate

4. Last paid fees receipt. (There must be no dues.)

5. First page of bank passbook.

6. Last marksheet.

7. Income proof.

8. Passport size photograph in uniform (except for 1st Semester)

Marksheet, College Leaving Certificate and Provisional Certificate

All the students of 2015-2020 batch who have passed their 10th Semester examination are hereby directed to collect their final mark sheets and college leaving certificate from the institute on and from 12th November 2020 after depositing any fees which is still due.

The students are also requested to deposit a sum of rupees 300 per student if if they wish the institute to collect their provisional certificate from the university for and on behalf of them.

Due to to coronavirus situation it is advised to avoid crowds.

Revised Dates for Examination Form Submission

Students are hereby informed that the dates for application for free and hostel clearance certificate has been extended till 12th November 2020.

Further note that defeat your friends and hostel clearance certificate will be issued from 13th November 2020 to 16 November 2020.

Payment of examination fee and submission of examination form will be done from 17th November 2020 to 19 November 2020.

4. Process of Submission of Form

(a) Go to www.mabijs.in - Apply for Fee Clearance Certificate and Hostel Clearance Certificate (Non-Hostellers need not apply. They will be issued clearance certificate along with Fee Clearance Certificate) (07/11/2020 to 10/11/2020)

(b) You will receive Fee Clearance Certificate and Hostel Clearance Certificate (11/11/2020 to 12/11/2020) on your official email id

(c) Go to www.mabijs.in - Pay the Fees and Fillup the Examination Form, upload necessary documents and Submit. (13/11/2020 to 18/11/2020)

(d) List of Submitted form will be published on our website. (19/11/2020)

(e) Candidates paid but failed to submit form will be provided with form link for submission. (20/11/2020)

Revised Class Routine

Internal test and oral presentation

The first internal test as scheduled will be held on 10th October 2020 from 11 a.m. onwards.

First semester - 100 questions in 100 minutes

Third semester - 100 questions in 100 minutes

Fifth semester - 120 questions in 120 minutes

Seventh semester - 100 questions in 100 minutes

Ninth semester - 80 questions in 80 minutes

Oral presentation

Each of the students will have to record and upload a video on any one of the topics to be declared on 10th October 2020 at 2:00 p.m.

The following must be kept in mind for the purpose of oral presentation

1. Choose any one topic out of 5 given topics.

2. Record a video of duration of minimum 3 minutes and maximum upto 5 minutes.

3. Video must not be edited

4. Video must be uploaded in the specific given link within 4:00 p.m.

Revised Guidelines for Internal MCQ Test

The Internal MCQ Test will be held on 10.10.2020 and 20.10.2020.

Time 11 am onwards: 

Please ensure the following.

1. You have data connection.

2. You have data balance.

3. You have Google Chrome as your default browser.

4. You are logged in to Google Chrome with College provided id.

5. There will be no class on the days of internal MCQ test.

6. There will be 20 questions for each subject and optional paper there will be only 10 questions for the first internal MCQ test.

INTERNAL MCQ TEST

The Internal MCQ Test will be held on 08.10.2020 and 22.10.2020.

Time 11 am onwards: 

Please ensure the following.

1. You have data connection.

2. You have data balance.

3. You have Google Chrome as your default browser.

4. You are logged in to Google Chrome with College provided id.

Use of Institution provided email id

The students of the institute are hereby directed only to communicate through official email ID provided by the institution for the purpose of all email communication with the institution. 

Email sent from other email ID will not be considered for the purpose of email communication.

Review Application

The mark sheets for all semesters have already been sent on their college email ID.

The students who intend to apply for review may log on to our website apply for review.

The last date initially fixed at 27 September 2020 has been extended till 5:00 p.m. of 28 September 2020.

10th Semester Examination Form Submission

All the students 10th Semester of MABIJS are requested to submit online examination form for forthcoming 10th Semester Examination on our website on or before 5pm of 23.09.2020.

Examination Fee of Rs. 600 along with Gateway Charges of Rs. 15 to be paid in online mode on our website.

Aikyashree Scholarship Application

The students of MABIJS are requested to complete their applications for Aikyashree scholarship provided by the wbmdfc.

As regard to the institute verification form the students are requested to follow the proceedure laid down hereunder:

1. Download the institute verification form.

2. Do not print.

3. Send the institute verification form to our email id - director@mabijs.in

4. Emails from official email ID issued by the institute will only be considered. Email sent from other email IDs will not be taken into consideration.

5. The subject of the email must contain the words - institute verification form.

5. The institute verification form will be downloaded and signed at our end only if all the dues are clear and the student meets the eligibility criteria for the scholarship.

6. Once verified the institute verification form will be returned to the student to their respective emails.

7. Once you receive the email containing the institute verification form, you can download it and upload the same in the scholarship portal.
